Joseph Kayne represents clients in the real estate, automobile, banking, and business industries. Drawing upon years of experience, he provides legal counsel for commercial real estate transactions including, acquisitions, sales, development, leasing, and financing. Joseph also represents motor vehicle franchise owners in dealership acquisitions and sales, manufacturer contract negotiations and execution, and floor plan and capital financing. He also practices in mortgage lending, purchase and sales of businesses, executive employment agreements, and 1031 exchanges. Joseph has worked together with the Attorney General of the State of Illinois, by judicial appointment, in liquidating fraudulent automobile dealers. He has also acted as court-appointed guardian for minors and disabled persons in complicated guardianship, trust and estate proceedings. Joseph also serves his clients in estate planning and representation before the Internal Revenue Service, and acts as a general counsel for a real estate title insurance company.
