Gary E. Wilcox concentrates his law practice in all areas of civil litigation including commercial and transactional disputes, enforcement of creditor’s rights, construction, suretyship, insurance and reinsurance disputes, defense of Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and consumer claims, partnership disputes and mechanic’s lien disputes. Gary, a former assistant district attorney for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, also concentrates in real estate transactions, both commercial and residential, and the representation of not-for-profit corporations.
