Bethany N. Schols concentrates her practice in the representation of small to mid-size closely owned businesses and financial institutions. She has litigated state and federal court cases involving a myriad of claims including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, bank fraud, foreclosure, forgery, slander, priority and lender liability. Her experience translates well into her practice of counseling individuals and business owners in their marital dissolutions, company/partnership dissolutions and business disputes.
